Kevin Walters is an accomplished and visionary leader in the food and beverage industry, with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. Hailing from Savannah, Georgia, he has made significant contributions to various high-profile establishments, demonstrating his exceptional expertise in club operations, restaurant revitalization, and catering services.

Kevin's journey at The Landings Club commenced in October 2018 when he was brought on board as a consultant to evaluate the Club's substantial 12-million-dollar food and beverage division. His keen eye for detail and exceptional insights quickly earned him recognition, leading to his permanent appointment as Director of Club Operations. In this role, Kevin took charge of conceptualizing and developing menus for the Club's five prestigious clubhouse restaurants and bars, along with overseeing banquet operations. His hands-on approach and innovative ideas have left a lasting impact on the culinary experiences provided at The Landings Club.

Prior to his role at The Landings Club, Kevin founded Creative Energy Unlimited, a distinguished full-service food and beverage concept, design, and consulting firm. As the President since November 2010, he has been at the helm, steering the company towards helping clients achieve their business goals. Combining his passion for restaurant and bar revitalization with his extensive operational background, Kevin has transformed the fortunes of numerous establishments. Under his guidance, Creative Energy Unlimited has consistently delivered exceptional financial performance for its clients by implementing creative design approaches and effective operational strategies.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Kevin held key leadership positions at several prominent establishments. For a remarkable 16 years, he served as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at The Breakers in Palm Beach, contributing significantly to the resort's culinary excellence and guest satisfaction. He also served as the Vice President of Catering at Restaurant Associates, where he showcased his ability to orchestrate successful catering operations. Additionally, as the Director of Catering at Boca Raton Resort and Club, Kevin's expertise in catering services and event management left a lasting impression during his five-year tenure.
