• Download the latest stable release from Github for your operating system. After purchasing Gunbot, you will get an email asking for your API Key, so we can activate your license.

• Follow the instructions emailed to you, or the wiki for how to configure your Gunbot for trading, including selecting and editing strategies, adding pairs and more.

• Monitor your Gunbot instance through the dashboard or live web interface. Get notifications through Telegram. Let Gunbot make money for you 24/7.

Gunbot will run on your home computer or laptop, however it needs to be running 24/7 to be able to trade 24/7. You may choose to run the bot on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) such as Contabo, Hetzner, Vultr or a provider of your choice. We recommend an instance with 4 cores and 4GB RAM for most people.

• Crypto currency trading is risky because of volatility, it can be subject to significant ups and downs. Only invest what you are willing to lose (but hopefully wont with the right strategy!)

• Educate yourself about Risk Management. Understand that the market may move against you, so be prepared for it. Every good trader has a risk mitigation strategy implemented for those rainy days.

• Try to relax and do some research first, or run your Bot in ‘watch mode’ to see how it operates. Be conservative. Don’t try to catch every market movement, setting low levels for bot triggers.

• Start small, don’t bet the house straight away. Test your strategies bit by bit until you are confident they are robust and operate as you expect them to. Minimum order on most exchanges is roughly equal to $10 value. It’s enough to have 10-20 orders deposit value to try the bot.

• Remember sometimes, stopping the bot and waiting the market out, maybe your best option.

• Gunbot will trade your strategy, if your strategy has flaws then Gunbot will still trade and will automate those flaws 24/7. So be careful!

• Gunbot may not be able to trade during high volatility times sometimes because exchanges go offline or dont respond to API calls. When this happens all traders are affected not just you.
